Korea-China-Japan Corporate Copyright Industry Development Summit was held in Chengdu

Copyright-related organizations from three countries, Korea, China, and Japan, gathered to speak out on copyright protection.
Firstbrave, located in China, held the 2020 Chengdu Korea-China-Japan Corporate Copyright Industry Development Summit at FANMU Flying International Literature Park in Chengdu on the 26th, attended by 12426 Copyright Monitoring Center, Japan CODA, East Asian Cultural Center, National Copyright Trading Center Federation, and Chengdu Copyright Association.
The event was organized by Firstbrave and co-hosted by CODA, East Asia Culture Center, the National Copyright Trading Center Federation, and the Chengdu Copyright Association. In particular, keynote speeches and round tables were held online and offline at the meeting.
In his keynote speech, CODA President Gotogenro of Japan gave a speech under the theme, "Chinese-Japanese Copyright Cooperation and Development in the Digital Age," and Jang Sung-hwan, senior representative of the Beijing representative of the Korean Copyright Commission, gave a lecture under the theme, "Korea IP Copyright Protection and Development."
Firstbrave Chairman Woo Kwan-yong highlighted the event by introducing the successful cases of IP copyright protection in Korea, China, and Japan. He also explained the problems of the industry, including cross-border international piracy operators, server locations and proof of authority, and blockchain. Other problems mentioned regarded new artificial intelligence technologies that quickly preserve evidence and secure rights, protect monitoring rights, and corresponding civil rights, administrative accusations, and criminal responses.
In the afternoon, forums such as 'IP Copyright Protection and Cultural Property Innovation' and 'IP License Design and Operation' were also held.
Participants in the meeting conducted discussions exchanging their experiences, crossover discussions, case sharing, and model mutual recommendations in consideration of the international copyright environment.
At the event, a strategic cooperation agreement was also held with the Shanghai branch of Firstbrave, the Friendship and Friendship Bureau, and the publishers of the Chengdu era.
An official from the Chengdu City Committee said, "The purpose of this event is to enable Korea, China, and Japan to improve their ability to operate, protect, and manage copyrights and to sustain economic development."
