There is a demand for new leadership that can explore mutual development and cooperation between nations. The 2012 相生 (Aioi) Young Leadership Forum is planned as a platform for young leaders in Korea and China to raise awareness of issues facing the global era. It aims to provide a space for creative and innovative discussions and presentations to address problems from a new perspective.

The forum seeks to foster the imagination of young leaders in discovering Asian values and brainstorming solutions for mutual prosperity through vibrant discussions and presentations where Korean and Chinese university students participate together. Participants will engage in insightful conversations with renowned scholars who can grasp the trends of societal changes.

Structured Academic Workshops: Conversations with scholars will include high-level lectures and discussions in various social fields such as philosophy, political science, sociology, economics, literature, and business, based on the intellectual interests of participating students. The overall content of the forum is designed to encourage active and lively intellectual activities centered around student participation.

Essay Writing on "What is the problem of the world and how can you change it?": Students will reflect their level of awareness and areas of interest in essays, with invited scholars providing insights.

Conversations with Scholars: Students from Korea and China with similar interests will form teams to engage in topic-specific discussions.

Final Presentation and Report Submission: Five teams composed of Korean and Chinese students will explore solutions to the "problem of the world" and participate in final presentations and report submissions.

Cultural Exchange Program : To promote mutual understanding and friendship between Korean and Chinese students, various cultural experiences such as performances, Korean living experiences, theater and movie appreciation, and cultural heritage field trips will be organized. Additionally, participants will engage in various volunteer activities to acquire values such as sharing, consideration, dedication, and coexistence.
